The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has integrated the ‘OneTag’ FASTag portability service into its Rajmargyatra mobile application, providing highway users with a digital platform to manage and port their FASTag services more conveniently.

The integration is aimed at simplifying the FASTag experience for motorists by enabling greater flexibility in managing their FASTag accounts through the Rajmargyatra app. The initiative is part of NHAI’s broader efforts to promote digital solutions and improve the convenience of highway users.

FASTag enables electronic toll collection through Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, allowing vehicles to pass through toll plazas without the need for cash-based transactions.

The ‘OneTag’ service is expected to make FASTag portability more accessible to users while reducing the need for multiple processes across different service channels. The move also supports the wider objective of strengthening seamless, technology-driven tolling and highway services.

Through continued digitalisation of highway-related services, NHAI is working towards creating a more convenient and efficient experience for road users across the National Highway network.
