On dated 07 APR 2025 The National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (NIEPVD), Dehradun, recently marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of its newly established ‘Antar Drishti’ Dark Room. This specialized facility represents a crucial resource, offering a controlled environment for conducting low vision assessments and developing effective rehabilitation strategies tailored to individual needs.
Concurrent with this momentous occasion, NIEPVD formalized a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amar Seva Sangam.
