SĀDHANA Saptah 2026 has achieved a significant milestone, recording over 3.18 crore course completions, reflecting a nearly tenfold increase under the government’s flagship capacity-building programme, Mission Karmayogi.

Officials said the remarkable growth highlights the increasing adoption of digital learning and continuous skill development among government officials across departments. The initiative aims to transform the capacity of civil servants through a structured, competency-driven approach to training.

The week-long event witnessed enthusiastic participation from officials at various levels, with a strong focus on enhancing domain knowledge, behavioural competencies and functional skills. The surge in course completions underscores the success of efforts to mainstream online learning within the governance ecosystem.

Under Mission Karmayogi, the government has been leveraging technology-driven platforms to deliver accessible and flexible training modules, enabling officials to upgrade their skills in line with evolving administrative and policy challenges.

The achievement is being seen as a major step towards building a future-ready civil service, equipped to deliver efficient, transparent and citizen-centric governance.
