Dr. Mangi Lal Jat has officially taken over as the Secretary of the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE) and Director General (DG) of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

 

Dr. Jat, a prominent agricultural scientist known for his expertise in climate-resilient agriculture, sustainable farming practices, and agronomy, brings over two decades of experience in agricultural research and development. He has held several leadership positions within ICAR and other international agricultural organizations.
